Ran across this YouTube clip on Snow’s BBQ in Lexington, Texas which really gives you the essence of what it’s like to visit.
Of course, Snow’s won top honor in Texas Monthly’s 2008 Top 50 BBQ Joints in Texas. If you’re planning to head over you should know they only serve BBQ on Saturdays from eight in the morning until it runs out (they say around noon).
And if you’re as hungry as I am after watching that and can’t find the time right now to thread the 4 hour once a week window (and you think you can wait out the shipping) go and order their cue at their online store.
