Nikas Culinaria – B.T.’s Smokehouse
For some reason, when I’m bored (actually doesn’t even matter if I’m bored or not), I search the web for photos of great BBQ. Photos that make me want to rush down to LAX and hit the next flight out to the joint pictured. Case in point was what I stumbled upon today while searching for photos of brisket: Nikas Culinaria. I had no idea who Nika was before today, but after reading her post on B.T.’s Smokehouse know we’d be friends.
