Per Pegasus News Rudy’s Country Store & BBQ will be opening 2 more locations (a third Dallas-Fort Worth in Arlington Highlands and a fourth in Allen).

Even though Rudy’s falls under the dreaded ‘chain’ category, I’ve only heard good things and would definitely recommend you stop at any of their 29 locations for a really good BBQ meal.
