Buck’s Roadside BBQ – Auburn, Massachusetts – New BBQ Joint

There’s a new BBQ Joint in Auburn, Massachusetts called Buck’s Roadside BBQ.

Thanks to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette for clueing me in. From the article, co-owner Al Remillard “makes what he calls Yankee BBQ. We haven’t had any complaints from people who love their barbecue. Some of our customers who like Texas-style barbecue tell us that Buck’s barbecue is as good as they ever had.”

Their menu consisst of Beef, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Turkey(drum), Chicken Leg, and Baby Back Ribs with sides that include Caleb’s Slaw, Benny’s Baked Beans, Nicky’s Mac and Cheese, Hoppers Cucumber Salad, and Happy Corn Bread (no, I did not make those names up).

Looks like they have (5) different BBQ sauces. I’m just a little bit curious what the ‘Buck’s Apple City’ sauce is made from and what region it brings it’s flavors from.

Let me know if you get a chance to check it out. You can read the entire article here.

  1. Here’s my steamy review. Well, not so much a steamy review, but the meat is sure steamy.

  2. Buck’s is a gem! I am disappointed by the comments. Food is great, portions are generous, everything (sauces, etc.) is made on the premises and they deliver! Guess I’m not a BBQ snob since I think the place is great. Highly recommend it. In fact, I am considering catering my annual Super Bowl party with Buck’s.

  3. Buck’s is great! I ordered from Buck’s tonight and it was a great experience from the minute I walked into their door. The smell when you enter the small establishment is incredible, It reminds me of the large BBQ houses you see down south. I have had Barbecue from all over the country and Buck’s was fantastic.
