Have to admit, I wasn’t prepared for that platter #2 above. New York? Really? Great way of showing those who insist you can’t find decent BBQ outside of (insert whichever locale you wish____________)! I’d give it a whirl.

I’ve been to Bourbon BBQ (I own it), Germatown Commisarry – it’s the best that I have tasted in Memphis. National BBQ Association was given a tour last February and Commisary was one of the joints that we visited. It was the BEST!!! Ribs and Pulled Pork. The Shad- Brad from the Shed is a good friend – great people and food. There are some pictures of Brad and I in Greenville SC last month on facebook.com/BourbonBBQ. Well, I’m working on rebuilding Bourbon BBQ as we speak, so back to work for me. Bourbon Mike
