Mike and Amy Mills are so open and generous! No question went unanswered. Working the pits with Mike and two of his pitmasters Phillip and Luke has been the highlight of my life as a BBQ restaurant owner. What you see in this video is exactly what you get from Mike! I just spent a few days down in Murphysboro with Mike and the 17th Street crew with their consulting arm (http://ruoncue.com), and those guys are the real deal. Incredibly knowledgable, and even more generous with that knowledge. Great people, every single one. Mike is as good as they come. And phenomenal barbecue. My stomach is still trying to remember its natural form.
