It is a hidden gem in Kim's building on St. Emanuel /Mc Kinney that everyone needs to know about. Pearl has catered for us on many occasions and her dressing, baked chicken and sweet potatoes (yams), as they say you can “slap yourself and mama.” Her warm personality and awesome customer service keeps you coming back for more... That BBQ sauce is delicious and she will not tell me the recipe. Smile! If you want soul food, home cook meal and great BBQ, go down to Pearl's BBQ. It's the best it town! I ordered the rib plate w/potatoe salad, which was FANTASTIC, and so were the beans! Well after my order was ready, the lady, [I'm assuming who was Pearle] told me to wait for her peach cobbler and it was on her---WELL LET ME TELL YOU--IT WAS SO TASTEFUL!!! I will definetley be returning and referring as many people as I can-I just found me a new LOVE!!!!
