Please keep us posted as to when Ed opens his own place. The recipes may have been left at the Pit, but no two people cook the same, even using the same recipe. Good luck to all!

I don’t know Ed personally but he seems like a pretty cool guy on his appearances on Man Vs Food and Food Network. I like that he uses whole hog. With The Pit expanding and Ed opening his own joint, could this become a Smittys/Kruez situation? Hmmmmm.
