I also had the chance to test drive one of these gadgets. Pretty nifty! Although sometimes I still find myself having to manually make sure the burgers are properly sealed. Overall it’s nice to have!

I’ve got one of these units and they work pretty good. I use them more when making single patties actually but they make making jucy lucy style burgers easy and fun.

I saw this demo’d at a Deerfield Beach Pig Roast and bought one. What a great item to have. I’ve been stuffin my burgers since. The web site has about a dozen different receipes and they really kick the burger taste up a couple notches.
