There’s always room for more BBQ. Some of my favorites BBQ joints hand you your food served on some butcher paper. Kreuz Market in Lockhart, Texas is sure good too. Although the rivalry between Kreuz Market and Smitty’s Market, which resulted from a family feud between brother and sister has me sometimes walking across the street to BLACKS BBQ which is the oldest family-owned barbecue restaurant in Texas. Lockhart, Texas states they are the BBQ Capital of the world and they do have great reason for this as three legendary BBQ joints are spitting distance from each other and the lunch time aroma one block away at the county court house make it nearly impossible to think of anything else except the savory Flavor of Barbecue.
