@NCAA: Actually JR lives in SoCal but is FROM Central TX and I know GOOD brisket when I see it and that pile of point end unrendered fat in the photo aint it. Like I said, looks like below avg. amateur backyard cook out grub to me. Maybe it was the kids first try. Anybody named Mueller would certainly not sell that piece.

JR must be from the Carolina’s. We do BEEF here in Texas, son. BEEF. With occasional forays into hog.

OMG, that photo is so disgusting I’m about to vomit.

That piece of fat and gristle should have ended up in the trash, not somebody’s mouth. And most of the meat in the serving tray doesn’t look much better.

Looks like an amateur backyard cookout to me.
