Your photos take me back to my trip to Lockhart and to Smitty’s. Good decision to have a Shiner on the side. The entrance into Smitty’s is a little brighter than I remember. The day I went it was dark except for the glow of the fire pit at the end of the hall — definitely a welcoming sight.

That looks awesome. That’s as pure and true as it gets. Everything from the pit and decor to the way the food is served. That’s Real Deal (old school) Texas BBQ. Add Smitty’s Market to my list of “must visit” joints.
