It’s no mystery that the number of BBQ joints across this country is growing, especially in the larger cities. Chicago is no exception. One of the bright spots in this BBQ renaissance from Chicago is Smoque BBQ which has been putting out quality BBQ for over 6 years now. Barry Sorkin leads the charge, but there’s a strong well oiled machine putting out brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, chicken, and Mikeska sausage.
