Kevin's BBQ Joints

Hey. My name’s Kevin and I’m addicted to BBQ. Low and slow BBQ, not just slapping some meat on a grill, flipping it once, and calling it a day (this is of course grilling, which I love and can create amazing caramelized meat with depth of flavor, but my true passion is real BBQ from Texas to North Carolina to Memphis to KC and everywhere else in between). This blog is my way of musing about BBQ, reviewing books, sauces, rubs, equipment, and maybe provide you with some information about the world of BBQ that you may not have known about or didn’t know as much about.
