Today’s pic was taken on S. Congress. This ‘Chia-Cow’ is part of CowParade which from the website is described as “the largest and most recognized public art event in the world. CowParade exhibits, held in 75 cities in 30 countries on six continents to date, have produced more than 5,000 of the signature cow canvases by local artists.” These cows have been placed all around the city in a sort of “Where’s Waldo” cow search for those interested.

It’s my second day here in Texas working for John and his soon to be open BBQ Joint JMueller BBQ has come to an end, but I wanted to put up some photos from yesterday, my first day along my journey.
