A good solid selection for BBQ in the mountains. Had the pulled pork plate with slaw and potato salad. The pulled pork was not overly smoke and had good flavor. The slaw was not a traditional slaw but tasted very fresh. The potato salad was a blend between a white potato salad and a yellow potato salad.
