This place is the real deal! They're best known for their baby back ribs. Smoked over pecan wood and lightly glazed with their sweet and tangy sauce. The meat pulled completely off the bone (I prefer the meat to stay on the bone, with a nice clean bite mark where I bite into the rib), but it was full of flavor!

All of their sides are excellent! Baked beans have a bold flavor. Cole slaw is your classic mayo based-slaw, but not too creamy. Potato salad is a warm mustard-based potato salad. Potatoes are home-style and fried to the ideal crispiness.

I've had others tell me that they have been known to recycle their sweet tea, but it tasted fine to me when I had it.
