It's going to be a wonderful Thursday (August 19th) when winemakers Katie Jablonski and Ricky Taylor from Alta Marfa join the Feges BBQ Spring Branch team for a wine tasting event from 5pm to 7pm.
NO reservations are required so just show up, they will pour you some wine, and wine conversations will commence. They will be sampling Big Lunch which is a 50% Chenin Blanc / 50% Chardonnay from Forbidden Desert Vineyard in Engle, New Mexico, Wee Chef which is 100% Chardonnay from Forbidden Desert Vineyard in Engle, New Mexico, and Oui Chef! which is 100% Chenin Blanc from Forbidden Desert Vineyard in Engle, New Mexico.
Note that this is a wine tasting with pairings suggested. There is not a set menu, BUT you can order food from the entire Feges menu to enjoy with these wines.
Alta Marfa is a a vineyard and winery estate in the Texas Davis Mountains at 5,400′ above sea level.
**Due to the very limited production of these wines, there is good reason to believe this might be your last chance to taste and experience this trio!**
