Miller's Smokehouse in Belton, Texas is a VERY special place. Not only is their barbecue some of the best in the country (they continue to make the Texas Monthly Top 50 list), but they have a bake shop (Miller's Baked Goods) that is extraordinary, and a stellar coffee program called Muscovy Coffee Roasters that is available both in their Belton location as well as a new standalone location in Salado (HERE).
