I feel VERY privileged to have Aaron Franklin provide us with a COMPLETE tour of virtually every inch of Franklin Barbecue in Austin, Texas. He starts the video tour, like he starts every day at the restaurant, with a hand-made espresso and then proceeds for the next 25 minutes to gives tips (like how to skip the line), provides insight into why certain things are built or designed the way they are, and throws out sly jokes that are beyond awesome.
