With summer almost here, I wanted to create a post to celebrate the diverse array of barbecue platters that the BBQ joints in the Texas Monthly Top 50 are putting out on a daily basis. Maybe this will spark some interest in a barbecue joint that you had only heard of or if you work at or own a BBQ joint perhaps this will give you some inspiration.
