Bo Moreno went from a steady job as a general merchandising manager at H-E-B to following his dreams of sharing his barbecue with the people. He called it Moreno Barbecue. He did the usual route of opening a trailer and eventually graduated to a brick-and-mortar on Menchaca Road in Austin. As you'll see from the photos below he made a wonderful decision for all of us and it should be a must-visit location when you are in Austin. Bo is also a great guy so it feels great to support the good folks out there.
