In this episode I chat with Pat Sharpe, Executive Editor and Food Writer for Texas Monthly Magazine. This is easily one of my favorite interviews. Pat has such an immense knowledge of the barbecue and food scene in Texas and essentially pioneered what Texas Monthly is to the barbecue world today.
